Amazing Mountain View, Spacious Room, and Great Service. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the room was spacious, clean and tidy. The service was impeccable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location was peaceful and serene, making it a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

Remote Location and Loud Surroundings. The hotel was located quite far from the city center and the road leading to the hotel was a bit rough. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a noisy area due to the sounds of nature. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also quite odd as it was echoey and noisy.

I loved the location of this hotel, nestled in the hills outside of Munnar. It was almost on top of a mountain, providing breathtaking views from the balcony. The staff here was also very attentive and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area and free toiletries provided. There was even an AM/FM alarm clock and a carpeted floor, adding to the luxurious feel of the room. the service and facilities here were excellent, including the free Wi-Fi in public areas.

I highly recommend this place to all.

The location of this hotel is amazing, situated on top of a hill with amazing views of the mountains and surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to arrange transportation and hikes for me. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect and the breakfast was delicious.

Located in a serene spot away from the bustling touristy areas, this hotel offers a peaceful retreat. Surrounded by mountains and tea plantations, it is almost on top of the mountain with a great view. the rooms are clean and spacious with balconies, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. the breakfast offers a variety of options and the food is good.

The ride to the hotel can be bumpy and time-consuming, taking around 30 minutes to reach.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the festive atmosphere was magical and cozy, making the stay unforgettable. the food offered was beyond delicious, and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. We also enjoyed the stunning location, surrounded by breathtaking nature and panoramic views of the mountains. It was truly a unique experience.

If we had to mention one thing, it would be the challenging road leading to the hotel, but it was totally worth it once we got there.
